Waste is not a burden. It is a strategic resource.
Our reading of the sector, and our purpose: innovation in the service of waste recovery, performance and material sovereignty.
Too many facilities still operate blind, managing waste streams they do not measure. Yet in a world of geopolitical tension and increasingly scarce resources, waste is no longer a burden to be landfilled. It is our source of secondary raw materials, too often incinerated or landfilled for lack of knowing what it contains.
Our role is to give the sector the means to make use of it: artificial intelligence not as an end in itself, but as a driver of performance and sovereignty.
Two founders, one shared conviction.
NextWaste was born from the meeting of Guillaume-Henri HUREL and Éric VOISIN, and from a shared conviction: to recover our waste better, we first need to know it better.
We created NextWaste to bridge the realities on the ground, the industrial challenges of the sector and the new possibilities offered by data and artificial intelligence.
Our role is not to push one technology rather than another. We are here to understand the needs of each site, identify the most relevant solutions and integrate them into operations in practice.
This independence is at the heart of our approach: looking for what really works, in the field, in the service of performance, safety and better material recovery.

Declared relationships
No capital ties with equipment manufacturers. Our integration activity relies on declared commercial partnerships; owner’s advisory assignments fall under a separate framework, with their own separation commitments.
A trusted third party
You remain the owner of your data. The rights of access, use, export and return are defined in the contract.
Already operational
Our deployments rely on proven industrial technologies. For waste streams without an established solution, we also carry out feasibility studies and proofs of concept, presented as such.
Three guiding principles.
You can only manage what you measure
Field data is the prerequisite for any compliance, any safety and any optimisation.
Sovereignty starts in the container
Recovering materials at home means depending a little less on imports and volatile markets.
Technology serves industry, not the other way round
No hype, no greenwashing. AI complements people and industrial performance.
We take a stand.
